2. Service Description

2B PREP is an online educational platform that provides resources and tools for IELTS test preparation, including reading, listening, writing, and speaking exercises, mock tests, AI-powered assessments, and live sessions with certified trainers (Pro plan).

3. Accounts and Registration

4. Subscriptions and Payment

We offer three subscription plans:

All content and materials on the 2B PREP platform (texts, images, videos, exercises, tests) are protected by copyright and are owned by 2B PREP or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer

2B PREP provides the platform "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available without interruption. We do not guarantee specific results in the IELTS test. Your results depend on your personal effort and commitment.

8. Limitation of Liability

2B PREP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You can also delete your account at any time from account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
