2. Nature of Service
The platform is a digital training tool that uses artificial intelligence to assist with IELTS and STEP preparation. Results and assessments are indicative scores that simulate the learner's level and do not guarantee the same score in an official exam.
3. Account and Usage
The account is designated for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Aosha Company reserves the right to suspend an account proven to be used by multiple individuals.
4. Intellectual Property
All educational content, question banks, algorithms, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Aosha Training & Consulting Company. Copying, photographing, or republishing them in any form is prohibited.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Fees are paid through available platform methods before using the services. Due to the instant digital nature of the content, no refunds are available after payment completion and account activation.
6. User Content and Feedback
The user grants Aosha Company a non-exclusive right to use anonymized performance data, such as writing samples and voice recordings, to improve AI algorithms while protecting user privacy and not linking the data to their identity.
7. Technical Requirements
The user is responsible for providing compatible devices, including a microphone and stable internet connection. The company is not responsible for deficiencies caused by technical issues on the user's end.
8. Service Modification
Aosha Company reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend any part of the platform for maintenance or development, with notice of material changes.
9. Service Termination
The company may immediately terminate a user's access if these terms are violated or if an activity harms the platform or its users.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aosha Company is not legally responsible if a learner does not achieve the targeted score in an official exam. The platform is a training tool, and the final result depends on the learner's actual effort.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
12. Amendments to Terms
The company may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes implicit consent to the revised terms.
